Larry Walter Keith, 88, of 125 Ponderosa Road, died Monday, June 13, 2005, at his home.
Mr. Keith was born in Pickens County, a son of the late William C. and Hattie Smith Keith. He was retired from Bivens Lumber Company and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Alice Elizabeth Jones Keith; children, Frances Kircus of Easley, Virginia Durham of Six Mile, Edward Keith, Sue Ellen Madden and Doris Murphy, all of Pickens; 16 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was the last survivor of his immediate family.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2005, in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home, by the Reverend Tommy Howard, with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. before the service Thursday.
