Janice Elaine Green, daughter of the late Herman Green and Gertrude King Green was born on Feb. 1, 1938, At Flint, Mich. and died at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter on Feb. 1, 2009, at the age of 68.
Mrs. Green had retired from Purolator and was a Methodist.
She is survived by two daughters, Denise Mayberry of Bernie and Lynette Pratt of Ft. Myers, Fla.; by one brother, James Green of Dallas, Ga.; one sister, Debbie Irvine of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; two grandchildren, Morgan and Lane Mayberry, both of Bernie.
Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother.
Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, Thurdsay, Feb. 5, 2009, from 10-11 a.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ronald Williams officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bloomfield City Cemtery.
