Mrs. Ida Bell Cason, age 86, died Wednesday morning (January 28, 2009) at her residence in the Hacklebarney Community of Pierce County, GA.

She was a native of Vanduzer, AR, daughter of the late James Donald Arvin and Irene Ivey Arvin and wife of the late Alex Whirrie Cason. She was also preceded in death by three sisters.

She was a member of Brooks United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Carter of Hoboken; two grandchildren, Chris Carter (wife Misty) of Blackshear, and Brad Carter of H9boken; four siblings, Mildred Dickerson of Jacksonville, FL, Chester B. Arvin, Texarcana, AR, Tater Arvin of Florida and Emma Louise Seeley of Pennsylvania.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday in the Music Funeral Home Chapel.
