Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 1, 2009, at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church in Perry, Georgia. Visitation will be at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, also at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church.
Mrs. Clelland was born March 14, 1943 in Columbia, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Martin R. and Ruth C. Moore.
Mrs. Clelland grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, but had lived in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida for the past 25 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Buddy Clelland of Jacksonville, FL; children, Ted Wright of Jacksonville, FL, Kathy MacRae (Ian) of Woodstock, CT, and Kim Davenport (Jeff) of Augusta, GA; brother, Mike Moore (Bonnie) of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Meghan Leonard, Ashleigh Newton, and Brandon Newton, all of Jacksonville, FL, Ted Leonard of Youngstown, OH, Ryan Semple of Apopka, FL, Montana MacRae of Woodstock, CT; great grandson, Boston Nystrand; uncle, Jack C.
