Rosemary Pauline Brock Clayson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, cherished sister, and dear friend, graduated from this life and returned to her Father in Heaven early Tuesday morning, December 23, 2008.

She was born July 8, 1952 to Keith Alonzo and Violet Manilla Ingram Brock in Price, Utah. She grew up on a watermelon farm with four sisters and two brothers in Green River, Utah. She loved caring for the baby animals, teasing her siblings, and romping through the melon patch. She graduated from Green River High School where she was active in pep club and student council and went to Girl's State.

Rosemary married Michael Ashe and they were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Jennifer. They were later divorced. Rosemary worked 23 years for First Security Bank and made many lifelong friends there. She later worked with the younger, special needs children in the Davis School District who needed her special love. Rosemary had the ability to make everyone around her to feel loved and better about themselves. Rosemary married Jerry Clayson on Sept. 29, 1990 and her life-long dream came true as they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. Jerry's three children added great joy to her life.

She served in many positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was especially fond of her dear primary children where she served as Primary President on two different occasions. Placing her trust in the Lord she went on a full time mission with Jerry to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 2001 to 2003. She loved the Brazilian people, their country, the work and the time shared with her dear companion.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry, her daughter Jennifer (Doug) Johnson, and step-children Kristie Ashment, Jared (Angie) Clayson, Jeff (Heather) Clayson. She has four sisters: Violet (Dale) Seamons, Lois Longmore, Kitty (Harold) Thomas and Kenna (Dave) Lund, plus two brothers Richard (Irma) Brock and Bill (Pat) Brock. The joy of her life were her five beautiful grandchildren: Brianna, Mykel, Conner, Ady and Dani.

A special viewing will be held on Sunday evening, December 28 between 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Farmington Mortuary, 1941 North Main Street, Farmington. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29 at the LDS "Old Rock Church" in Farmington, 292 North Main Street, with a viewing one hour prior.
