Mrs. O. B. Nelson
Funeral Rites Held Friday

RUTHVEN (Special): Mrs. O. B. Nelson, whose death occurred last Tuesday, July 30 at a sanitarium in Nevada, after having been a patient there for a week, was accorded funeral rites at the Adventist church in Ruthven last Friday.

Rev. R. S. Fries, president of the Iowa Conference, officiated. The choir sang three number, "We are Going Down the Valley,' "Resurrection Morn' and "The Sweet Bye and Bye." Two sons, two sons-in-law and two grandsons bore the remains to the resting place in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Mathilda Nelson was born in Grenart Sweden, and was married in her native land to Ole B. Nelson. In company with her husband and one child, she came to this country 43 years ago. Two sons, Nels and Alfred, and three daughters, Mrs. Mary Nelson, Mrs. Walter Grange, and Mrs. Stuart Davis, and her husband, Mr. Nelson, survive.

Mrs. Nelson was a woman of sterling character, a splendid housekeeper and homemaker.
