She was the wife of Marshall Edward Brown. They were married March 21, 1925 in Graham, Young County, Texas. He preceded her in death August 04, 1980.

Flora was a homemaker and the mother of five children; Edward, Milton, Emma Lee, Ruth Marie and Norman. At time of death, they all survived her.

Flora Lee Brown was a wonderful painter. I have the dog and cat she painted as well as the old homestead. She has left a mark with her paintings with all of us grandchildren. One thing I got from my grandma is the creativity with crafts and making blankets.
