Kenneth's remains, along with the remains of his entire crew, were recovered & identified in 2008. He was interred here at the Arlington National Cemetery on August 27, 2008.
His official status was then changed to "Killed In Action"
His name was first inscribed on the Tablet's Of The Missing at the Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines.
A "Rosette" was placed in front of his name in Manila to signify that his remains were recovered.

Kenneth served as a Second Lieutenant & Co-Pilot on B-24D "The Swan" (#42-40475), 63rd Bomber Squadron, 43rd Bomber Group, U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
He resided in Hampden County, Massachusetts prior to the war.
He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on September 9, 1941, prior to the war, in Boston, Massachusetts. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Salesperson and also as Single, without dependents.
Kenneth was originally declared "Missing In Action" when his crew, while on a armed reconnaissance mission over the Bismarck Sea, did not return to base.
He was awarded the Air Medal and the Purple Heart.
