Debora Marie Hurst Bell, 52, passed unexpectedly from this life on Friday, November 21, 2008 of a Pulmonary Embolism.
Her family was gathered around her, and we believe that she went peacefully to the spirit world accompanied by angels and greeted there by her parents, grandparents, and those who welcomed her home.
She was born on January 12, 1956, the fifth child and only daughter of Fred E. and Fayetta Marie Casper Hurst. She married L. Keith Bell on June 9, 1981 in Sandy, Utah, later solemnized in the Jordan River LDS Temple. They had 27 wonderful years together, and were a happy and loving couple who were best friends. Together they are the parents of three wonderful children, Austin, Lacie, and Brooke, who survive her and are the light and greatest purpose of her life. She is also survived by her four brothers Grant (Lucille), Fred (Diane), Mark, and Don, as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews, and a great circle of friends who included people from every walk of life.
Her greatest concern was for others, and she was happiest when she was helping family and friends. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sandy Utah West Stake Center, 220 East 8680 South, Sandy, Utah. Viewings will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, November 24 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street, Midvale and from 9:45 -10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the Church.
Interment at the Sandy City Cemetery.
