CLARENDON - Graveside services for Mrs. Mattie Gladys Cross, 64, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Ballinger. Officiating will be the Rev. Mike Chanchier, pastor of Seventh Street Baptist Church in Ballinger. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Home.
A former Borger resident, Mrs. Cross moved to Clarendon from here in 1962. She and her husband, William, were married in Ballinger in 1943. He died in 1974.
Survivors include a sister, Miss Dissie Boswell of Whitney; four brothers, Ruel Boswell of Wall, Irven Boswell of Whitney, Doyle Boswell of Tipton, Okla. and Coy Lee Boswell of Houston.
