At 15 she was taken to the home of her uncle, Henry Clay Dean, at Mt. Pleasant, Ia., with whom she lived until Oct of 1859, when she came to Holt Co., Mo. to live with her brother John C. Hinkle, near Fortescue, MO.. She married Edmund Anibal in Nov of 1868. Five children were born-- Charles W., born 1859; Ora Lee, born 1871; Laura May, borth 1873; and twins, Henry Clay and Belle, born 1875. She leaves her husband, one child, Charles, 1 brother John C. Hinkle, last of 6 children. She lived for many years in Bigelow, but since 1890 has lived in Craig.
