Ms. Webb was born on December 20, 1962 in Oakland, Calif. to Thomas and Patsy Webb. She graduated from Dawson High School in 1980. She worked at AT&T in the Customer Service Call Center for nine years. She was a Baptist.
Stacy had just become a new born Christian. She loved water sports, had a great sense of humor and wanted to take care of everyone. She was a daredevil and enjoyed going out and having fun. She loved the excitement in life. She was always for the people who didn't have much in life.
Stacy's favorite hobbies were gardening, crocheting, cooking, and quilting.
Those left to cherish her memories include her father, Thomas J. Webb of Plains; one son, Aaron James Sisson and wife Tracy of Bonham; one daughter, Aubri Sisson of Brownfield; one brother, Tommy Jack Webb and wife Lucy of Sweetwater; three sisters, Donna Fry and husband Claude of Abilene, Diane Bennett and husband Roger of Plains, and Helen Kimbrell and husband Jerry of Shallowater. She also left two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Webb in 1992.
