Charlotte Renee Taylor was born in Pasadena, TX on April 20, 1971.
Sometime during 1973 (not sure of exact dates) we moved to a houseboat (against my mother's wishes)located at the Griffin Marina;1541 Griffin Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Charlotte fell from the houseboat and drowned. My sister died on January 24th and buried on January 26, 1974. Charlotte was 2 yrs 9 months 4 days old.
My mother married the man (Gary Wisecup) who tried to revive my sister on that fateful day and together they raised me and my little brother. I have not been back to her grave site since that day. I hope to one day be able to go there and place a headstone on her grave.
I have never forgotten her smile or blond
hair with curls and I think of her everyday.
