Daughter of Robert Archibald Young & Mary Charlotte Norman; married Victor Ormsby Mason Armstrong, son of well known Canadian landscape artist, William Armstrong. According to cemetery burial records, Mary is buried with her brother Robert St. Barbe Young and his family, but her name is not on the grave marker.

"At Toronto on Friday, March 19th, 1943 Mary Crozier Armstrong, beloved wife of the late Victor Armstrong and mother of Guy W. Armstrong. Resting at Bates and Maddocks Funeral Chapel, 124 Avenue Road (just south of Davenport). Service in the chapel Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment St. James Cemetery."
