Keetch, Charles G., Bishop of the Wardboro Ward, Montpelier Stake, Idaho, from 1891 to 1909, was born September 12, 1861, in Echo Canyon, Utah, the son of Charles G. Keetch and Mercy Barker. He was baptized August 3, 1873, and was ordained a High Priest and Bishop May 11, 1891, By Franklin D. Richards.

He was born near the Green River as the family was crossing the plains in a covered wagon.

Dear Sister Oaks;
This is to inform you that your late grandfather, Charles Greenwood Keetch, who withdrew from the church on September 1888, was reinstated by proxy baptism on 18 October 1983 in the Salt Lake Temple. Also on 18 October 1983, all priesthood and temple blessings which he received in life were restored by proxy in the Salt Lake Temple.
