BEVINGTON, Virginia Floto, 97, of Brentwood Avenue, Wheeling, died Sunday, Nov. 9, 1997, in Bishop Joseph H. Hodges Continuous Care Center, Wheeling. She was a former secretary to the superintendent of schools in Martins Ferry and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Martins Ferry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Eldon Bevington, in 1968; her parents, Frank and Carrie Vass Floto. Surviving are several cousins including J. Robert Ault of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and Mrs. Joseph (Lillian) Ecker of Wheeling. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Kepner Funeral Home, National Road at Bethany Pike, Wheeling, where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
