WINGATE, May 15 -- Guilford Jeremiah Ross, 52, died at his home here last night about midnight after an illness of six years. Heart dropsy with complications was the immediate cause of his death.
Mr. Ross is survived by his widow; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Frank Ross of Marshville; seven brothers, three sisters and the following children: Mrs. Louis Hill of Monroe, Mrs. Emory Funderburke of Lancaster, Bob Ross of Charlotte, Roy Ross and Elsie Ross of Wingate.
Funeral services will be held at Wingate Baptist church Wednesday at 3 o'clock.
