Her parents were John Copas and Debbie Thompson. She was born Sept 22, 1877 in Metcalfe County and was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors at the time of her of her death were 1 daughter, 1 son, two brothers and 1 sister. 5 G Grandchildren and 10 G Grandchildren.
On 27 May 1899, Monroe County, KY she married James "Jim" BARBER. They had 3 children, John Void, Debbie B and Vonnie Ray BARBER. James is buried Cornith Cemetery, Portland, Sumner County, TN.
