I'm happy to get a copy of this will, for it is documented proof of John's wife being only Sarah Robinson and it mentions all TEN of his children. Mary Given is actually Mary Giffen, 1781-1851 and Elizabeth Dawney is actually Elizabeth Downing, 1787-1828. The top of the next page has the year, A.D. 1838, somr legales snd the county clerk's name, John McColloch. I wrote to the present day Ohio Co., WV Clerk of Courts and received a copy of two pages for $1.00. It's in will book #3, pp 164-165.

Please note this letter regarding John Milligan is part of his Rev. War pension file and is stored at our National Archives. It explains that John Milligan lived in Ireland, PA and VA. He never resided in TN or AK.
