Maude was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina the daughter of Eli Burton Hull and Virginia "Virgie" Dellinger Hull. She was one of five children born to this couple. Maude was 73 at the time of her death.
She was a precious grandmother to us all. She was a ray of sunshine and hope, to the whole family.
She was the very fabric that held our family together. Her leaving us left a huge hole in our hearts, but a host of happy angels welcomed her home.
Maude never met a stranger. She loved everyone and was much loved by everyone.
She was a deeply religious woman and held strong to her faith her whole life. She made life extra special for all of those around her. She was one special lady.
Her funeral was conducted by Rev. Keith Russell and Rev. Sam Mintz at the The Church of God of Prophecy. Burial was in Gaston Memorial Park Cemetery, Gastonia, N.C.
Maude was married to Lewis William Arrowood, son of Welzia and Isabell Correll Arrowood. She is buried alongside Lewis "Pat" Arrowood. Nearby are sons Benjamin Arrowood and Steve Lewis Arrowood.
