OBITUARY: (printed on memorial card) Florence Flannery - Florence C Flannery, 81, of Hesperia, died March 15 1984, at a local hospital following an illness; A native of Waterbury Connecticut, she was a resident of Hesperia for two years, and of California for four years. She was retired from Bamberger's Department Store, where she had been a saleslady. Ms. Flannery is survived by two daughters, Eileen Herrick of Pomona and Elizabeth Shaughnessy of Hesperia; a son Joseph of Chino; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation will be from 9am to noon Monday at Kern Hesperia Mortuary. A graveside service will be held at 1 pm Monday from Desert View Memorial Park, Hesperia with Father Michael O'Day pastor of the Holy Family Catholic Church of Hesperia officiating. Interment will be in Desert View Memorial Park.
