Emeline was the second wife of William Coleman born 1802 Tennessee. His first wife was my great-great-grandmother, Sarah Ogden born 1806 Tattnall Co., Georgia.

J. J. Coleman died after his mother. He was named after his oldest half-brother, James Jackson Coleman, who had died before J. J. was born.

James J. Coleman, age 31, was listed in the 1900 Winn Parish, LA Census. He was born Sept. 1869 in Louisiana; a widower.
