Martha HUDLOW Hill went by the name of "Patsy". She was the daughter of Michael Hudlow and Sarah "Sally" GOODE Hudlow and the granddaughter of Andrew Hudlow and Barbara TANNER Hudlow.

One of her eleven siblings was my second great-grandfather, William Beaver Hudlow. Martha was the second oldest child of Michael and Sarah GOODE Hudlow.

On January 7, 1830, Martha married Asaph Hill, son of Reuben Hill. They were to be blessed with fourteen children, who included in order of birth, William, Andrew, David Michael, John, Margaret, Elizabeth, Adaline, Lucinda, Reuben, Martha Jane, Clemmentra, called Calary, Arabella, Field, and Barbara Lossiphine.

Martha's husband, Asaph, preceded her in death by three years.

Her survivors included her mother, her children, grandchildren, most of her siblings, and many, many other of her family and friends. Martha was so loved and very much missed by all.
