Beddie Priscilla Drewry Blair was born to William Riley and Cordelia Payne Drewry on May 21, 1878 . Beddie married Millard Blair and to this union 10 children were born; Bruney, Etta, Turney, Dottie, Silas, Dollie, Obra and Henry, Hinson and Audie.

Beddie was an avid flower gardener. She had flowers of all kinds in her flower garden such as Holly Hocks, Bleeding Hearts, Petunias and Lantanas just to name a few.

Beddie was of the Pentecostal faith and would leave early on her way to church. However, she would stop and visit along the way and be late for church.
