Helen M. Lilley, 85, of 1900 Ravine Road and formerly of Loyalsock Twp., passed away, Monday November 5, 2007 at her residence.
She was born July 12, 1922 in Williamsport, the daughter of Frederick E. and Elsie G. O'Dell Rump.
Helen was a member of the New Covenant United Church of Christ, enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold B. Lilley, who passed away January 10, 1991.
Helen is survived by a son, Stephen S. (Karen) Lilley of Cogan Station; a daughter, Ann L. (Robert) Leech of Montoursville; three sisters, Thelma A. Fisher of Marietta, GA, Mary L. (Donald) Thompson of Medford, MA, and Edith M. Heim of Williamsport; a granddaughter, Courtney Leech; and two step-brothers, Delos Wesley and Frederick Wesley.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, November 8, at the New Covenant United Church of Christ, 202 East Third Street, Williamsport, with the Rev. Gwen N. Bernstine officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Montoursville Cemetery.
