Kenneth P. Henderson, 85, of Brewster, died Wednesday, November 13, 2002 in the Okanogan Douglas District Hospital at Brewster.
He was born February 26, 1917 the son of Kenneth R. and Lydia (Greenfield) Henderson at Spokane, Washington. He moved with his family and attended school in various places and graduated from high school in Walla Walla.
Kenneth was employed at Harmony House doing maintenance work for several years. On July 11, 195 he married Enid Cates at Elgin, Oregon.
Survivors include his wife, Enid Henderson, of the home; a daughter, Janice Lane of Sacramento, Calif.; sons Kenneth, Sacramento, Calif., Larry and Dick Henderson, both of Rockford, Ill., and a sister, Florence Back of O'Fallon, Ill.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Services were conducted at 2 pm Saturday, November 16, 2002 at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brewster with Pastor Gordon Smith officiating. Committal service and interment followed at the Pateros Cemetery.
Services under the direction of Barnes Chapel, Brewster.
