Greenwich, Kent Co., RI and was the eldest child of Frederick Norman Borden (Memorial # 33788328) and Julia Anna Peavey Jennings (Memorial # 33788351)... The memorial for his mother has her with the wrong maiden name, but I am planning on sending info to the memorial's manager showing him that he has this information incorrectly documented... Joseph Clarence Borden was a cousin to Lizzie Borden, infamous accused axe murderer of her parents in Fall River.
