Mr. Fuller was employed for 35 years at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center as a cook and a baker, retiring in September 1987. He served in the Army National Guard, the Army Reserve and the Naval Reserve for a total of 18 years.
He was active in little league sports in Ogdensburg and was a volunteer coach for the Pop Warner Football League, of which he was a past president. He also coached basketball and for many years worked the chains at OFA football games. He was also active in Ogdensburg bowling leagues and held the distinction of having the highest score in a game one year. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife Fern; three sons, Stephen and Michael, both of Albuquerque, N.M., and Scott T., Ogdensburg; two daughters, Mrs. Alex (Rose) LeFebvre, Ottawa, Ont., and Mrs. Connie Power, Ogdensburg; two sisters, Mrs. Ted (Jean) Poland, Wooler, Ont., and Miss Phyllis Fuller , Ogdensburg; two brothers, Richard, Ogdensburg, and Gordon, Lisbon; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
