Mrs. Elvira Bowers, 80, native of Montgomery county, where she spent most of her life, died Sunday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Belle Phillips, in Frankfort, where she had lived for the past few years. Her marriage to Jesse Bowers took place in October, 1879. Surviving are three step-sons, Austin, of Washington state; Perry of Indianapolis, and Gert, of Muchanan, Mich., also several grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Congregational Christian church here. Interment in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
