Russell Plowman, 50, of Lexington, husband of Betty Plowman, died Fri, June 13, 2008 at Central Baptist Hospital. Born in Ironton, OH he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna Plowman. Additional survivors include a daughter, Amanda Leigh (Ben) Rugg, Nicholasville, KY; a son, Joseph Thomas Plowman; three sisters, Patty (Jerry) Filbin, Rosanne (Larry) Taylor, Rhonda (Eddie) Frye; two brothers, Tommy (Sherry) Plowman and Joseph R. (Mindy) Plowman; two very cherished grandchildren, Brianna Renee Rugg and Gavin Taylor Plowman; two additional grandchildren, Sara and Brian Rugg; a very special aunt, Dolly Dillon; and several nieces and nephews.
