George Waller (not Wallace) Berrian was born in Columbus, now Maryhill, Washington to James Augustus and Imilda Leona (Wendell) Berrian. His middle name Waller was in honor of Rev. Comfort Babcock Waller, a Freewill Baptist Minister in Boltonville, Washington County, Wisconsin, who married his parents.

Married #1 Hazel Pilsbury on 22 July 1905 in Moro, Sherman County, Oregon. Divorced

Child:

Margaret married Elson Parker McDonald

Married #2 Angelina (maiden name: Hollett) Warren, a widow of Eddie Warren.

George was the next to last son of his parents, being born only 3 years prior to his father's death in Columbus, Klickitat County, Washington. He learned very early on how to take his portion of responsibility to help with the farm. He did have an older brother and his cousin, Lucius Clark. (Lucius Clark would marry George's older sister, Ada in 1883, thus he would also become George's brother-in-law). He helped cultivate and harvest numerous types of crops on their hillside farm, just below the cemetery. One of the prime incomes was the picking and canning of peaches that were then shipped off to the miners in the Idaho goldfields. George got his early education in Columbus and lots of private tutoring at home, as his mother was an excellent school teacher.

Many years later when his mother sold the farm she moved for a short while to Portland and George was able to further his education there.

He would return into Sherman County in the Wasco-Moro area where the family had relocated to.

He married Hazel and they had one daughter Margaret before they terminated their marriage.

Later he would marry Angie and they would go to live on her land in Klickitat County, where George would farm until age prevented him from further work.

Siblings:

Ada Louise married James Lucius Edwin Clark
James Wendell "Jimmie" married Harriet "Mazzie" Hammonds
Arleigh died at 9 months, buried in Columbus/Maryhill Cemetery
Lulu Jennie married Marshall Hill of Dufur, Oregon
Clarence Howard married Alice Streeter
