A native of Birmingham, Eng. Mrs. Eccleston, the former Miss Sarah Mansell, was married in Birmingham at the age of 18. She and Mr. Eccleston left England soon afterward, setting in Kankakee, Ill. And later moving to Waterloo, Iowa, where they resided for 47 years. In 1915 they came to Florida, spending two? Years in Lake Worth before moving to West Palm Beach. Mrs. Eccleston is the oldest living?
