Fran is survived by her husband Earl Workman, a sister Carman Blakley, 5 sons and 1 daughter, Rex, Randy, Jackie, Steven, Eddie and Cindy. She will be sorely missed and never forgotten by family and friends. Viewing will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel at 2120 East Avenue R, Palmdale, Calif. Memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. Internment will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park 2200 East Avenue S. Palmdale, Calif.
