A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Colonial Funeral Home with the Rev. Wanda Lancaster and Donald Kendrick officiating. Interment will follow in Palestine United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Landreth was born on May 9, 1919, in Rockingham County, to the late Houston and Cora Payne Landreth . He was retired from Pine Hall Brick, Inc. with over 20 years of service; was a tobacco farmer and a member of Palestine United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lula Kendrick Landreth ; son Dennis Landreth and wife Yvonne of Stokesdale; daughter Shirley Landreth of Madison; granddaughter Tiffany Snider and husband, Brian; sisters Mary Williams of Pilot Mountain and Ruth Kendrick of Stanleytown, Va.
