A graveside service was held today, Dec. 4. at the Pleasant Ridge Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Northrup was born Jan. 10, 1906, in Morgan County, TN, the daughter of John and Eliza Hall.
Survivors include her husband of 75 years, Fred W. Northrup of Sunbright; brother, Sam Hall of Huntsville, TN; sons and daughters-in-law, Fred T. and Carolyn Northrup of Crestwood, KY, Jack and Helen Northrup of Shannon, MS, and Vaughn Northrup of Sunbright; daughters and sons-in-law, Doris Hughes of Cincinnati, OH, Robbie Stewart, and Judy and Phil Shannon, all of Sunbright, and Altheiah and Dennis Jones of Deer Lodge; 28 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; very special friend, Josh Brown; and a host of other friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eliza Hall; sisters, Emma Walker, Flara Terry, Alma Hall and Dimple Acres; brother, Tom Hall; sons, Billy Hall and J.B. Hall; daughter, Ila Mae McLin; and son-in-law, Clayton Stewart.
Schubert Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
