Faye Marie Massey, 78, of Dorothy died Nov. 10, 2002, at her home after a long illness. She was born Feb. 6, 1924, at Dorothy, a daughter of the late Frank Vannetter and Elsie Ferrell Vannetter Cline. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Massey; a son, Frankie Massey; a grandson, Frank Massey Jr.; and her stepfather, Mack Cline. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by cousins, Mildred Martin, Terry Lamb, Kay Daniel, Leoda Thompson and Carl Ferrell.
Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at Armstrong Funeral Home, Whitesville, with the Rev. Jerry Pauley officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Cemetery, Orgas. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
