J.T. was my father in law. He was born in Kentucky the son of the late Joseph Plowman and Gertrude Younger. He was preceded in death by a brother Chester Plowman. J.T. was a conductor for the C&O Railroad and a Navy veteran in World War II. He married Drucilla Collins and they had one daughter, Carolyn Dale. He than married Anna Louise Gilbert the daughter of George Gilbert and Dreamel Shelton. Their children are; Thomas, Roseanna, Russell, Rhonda and Joseph. He had two step daughters, Martha and Patricia and a son, Larry from a previous marriage.
