Donabauer Rites Set
Lena Gladys Donabauer, 60, died early this morning at Crestview Nursing Home. Her home address was listed as 455 Dale Rd., Moses Lake.
Mrs. Donabauer was born in Hartford, Kan., on Oct. 18, 1909. She was educated in the Hartford area where she lived until she married Alan Donabauer in Osborn, Kan., on March 26, 1931. The couple farmed in the Osborn area until 1947 when they moved to Oroville.
Mr. Donabauer worked for several men around the state in the purebred cattle industry. He retired in 1966 and the couple moved to Moses Lake. He died shortly afterward. Suvivors include one daughter, Bonnie Schaible of Moses Lake; one son Roger Donabauer of Ephrata; one sister, Virginia Rider of Oroville; one brother Emerson Hedrick of Moses Lake and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the Eccleston-Penhallurick Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Ernest Welk of the Moses Lake Assembly of God Chruch, of which Mrs. Donabauer was a member, officiating. Burial will be in Pioneer Memorial Gardens.
