Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Viola Allen, 83, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Hill Street Church of Christ, Van Cash, minister, officiating.
Mrs. Allen died Dec 18 in the Crosbyton Hospital. A resident of Dickens County for 41 years, Mrs. Allen came to Spur from Crowell in 1936. She married the late C.V. Allen in Weatherford in 1916.
She is survived by two sons, Dupree T. Allen, Houston and James Victor Allen, New York City. Four grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
Burial was in the Spur cemetery.
