She was married to her second husband, Joseph Emerson Yarroll, July 7, 1928. He died in Los Angeles, California, 22 Apr 1881.

HOLTON - Mrs. Elizabeth Mary Yarroll, 81, Holton, died here Saturday in a hospital where she was admitted Friday.

She was born March 21, 1891 in Trego County, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Chester Brooks, and spent most of her life in the Holton community. She was a member of the United Methodist Church at Whiting.

Her husband, Joseph Yarroll, died in 1951.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lela Keyes, Holton; a son, John Henry Yarroll, Holton; 3 brothers, Norman Brooks, Horton, Pierce Brooks, Cassadaga, Fla., and John Brooks, Rte. 4, Topeka; 2 sisters, Mrs. Daisy Bonnel Glen Haven, Colo. and Mrs. Lorraine Cook, Meriden; a grandchild and 4 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at Mercer Funeral Home with burial in Meriden Cemetery.
