Mrs. Olive Loretta Sanders Pritchett, observed her 92nd birthday anniversary Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Loretta Epperson, 1382 Perry Ave.
Mrs. Pritchett was born in the first adobe house built in Farview, Sanpete County, a daughter of John F. and Mary I. Sanders. The house is still in use.
HER MOTHER DIED when she was 4 and she was reared by an older sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Walter Cox, Fairview.
She was married Nov. 16, 1887, in the Logan Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, to N. B. Pritchett. The trip was made, she recalls, by horse and wagon from Fairview.
MR. PRITCHETT died Feb. 6,1931. She has resided in Salt Lake City since 1940 and has continued to maintain an active interest in the LDS Church and affiliated organizations.
Her sons and daughters include Mrs. Laurence (Loretta) Epperson, Mrs. Milton (Thelma) Woodward, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Amasa (Burdella) Terry, Fairview; Mrs. Andrew (Beatrice) Kopiska, Federal Dam, Minn.; John Frank, Mount Pleasant; Melrose J., American Fork; Sanders K., Provo; June E., Santa Anna,
Calif.
SHE ALSO HAS 37 grandchildren, 100 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
