❤ Our sweet Peanut.

❤ When we first got Peanut, my daughter and her boyfriend were in line at a pet food store. A customer came in with the tiniest kitten in a bucket. She said she found it in the wall of her home, as the were remodeling. The mother cat must have had kittens in the wall somehow. But left her because she was a runt. The lady was just going to leave the kitten at the store but my daughter told her she had raised kittens before and would take it. So our daughter came home bringing our sweet little Peanut with her. She showed her to me and I fell in love with her sweet little face and couldn't believe how tiny she was. She was smaller then any kitten we ever saw. Our daughter bottle fed kitten milk to her and raised her. Peanut was a feisty little thing. She wouldn't put up with anything, she didn't want to and would throw paws. Lol. At times she was a real cuddle bug and loved her mom (our daughter). She almost was called Gremlin because she loved getting into things and knocking things off of shelves, tables etc. She would grab socks and drag them and any piece clothes, laying around and she would sleep on them. She loved her one sister Floof and they were best friends. Playing together and even having kitty paw throwing, when not wanting to deal with the other. Floof is missing her terrible.
Peanut loved her little fluffy ball toys and would carry them around. She also had a little stuffed animal she liked to sleep with, when she was little. She loved looking out the windows at the birds and squirrels. She was afraid of vacuums and thunder. She would cuddle with my daughter, when we had thunderstorms. She loved looking at my daughter's fish tank and at times got caught dipping her paw in it to play in the water. Peanut got her name from her being so tiny. She never grew as big as other cats and still was a small kitty.
About a few days ago, she was acting like she wasn't feeling well. It progressed quickly. Our one son and our daughter took Peanut to the vet and they checked her over and said she had a mass of infection in her uterus. It was to late to do anything. So sadly my daughter decided to put her to sleep. Our hearts are breaking.
She was a sweetheart and will be missed so much.
