Otis R. Bennett, 92, of 207 N. Morgan died Monday March 5, 2007 at Farmington Country Manor. He was born on July 10, 1914 in Peoria County to Harry and Lura (Felton) Bennett. He married Katherine E. "Kay" Thomas of January 19, 1946 in Santa Monica, CA; she preceded on September 20, 2001.
Surviving are two children Karen (Robert) Woodcock of Elmwood and John "Rocky" Bennett of Bigfork, MT.
Otis worked as a carpenter through Peoria Local # 183 retiring in 1976. He was a life member of the Yates City Masonic Lodge #98 and a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Peoria, and was also a charter member of the Sleepy Eye Club.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
