12 July 1948: Hundred of persons Sunday afternoon paid tribute to Richard and Ralph Streicher. Gold Star sons of Mr. and Mrs. Norman J. Stretcher, 30 Main Street, Annville, at funeral services for the brothers who lost their lives during the War as Air Force gunners in Europe. Their flag-draped caskets arrived in Annville simultaneously Thursday evening. Services were held at the Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, followed by military rites at the Mt. Annville Cemetery.
