WILLIAM MERCED WOLF, 2, of Santa Fe, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2008. William was born on May 2, 2005 to Lacy, Jr. and Carolyn Leal-Wolf. From the day he was born, William illuminated our lives with unconditional love and unending joy. With his captivating smile and his genuine heart he touched so many lives. There to greet him in his heavenly home with arms open wide is his big brother Casey Reigh.

With cherished memories, he will be missed by his grandparents; Lacy, Sr. "Po-po" and Francis "MiMi" Wolf & Grandpa Merce and Grandma Gloria Leal, his brothers; Lacy III "Bubba" and Gerad "Gee", his sisters; Christyn "Sissy", Coryn "Ryn", Caitlyn "Tay-tee", Andrea "Ya-Ya" and Allyson Jo "Jo-Jo", Godparents; Uncle Troy and Aunt Dawn Bielski, and Joaquin, Rosemary and Luke Beserra. "Wills" will also be missed by many numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends and visitors on Sunday March 16th from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at Crespo Funeral Home Broadway Chapel and from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 6723 Reed Rd. with a vigil and rosary at 7:00 pm. The Mass of Resurrection will be on Monday March 17th at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel at 10:00 am with Bishop Joe Vasquez, celebrant, Fr. Ronald Groschen, M.S. and other honored con-celebrants. The rite of committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale cemetery.

In his short life on earth, he saw the light of each new day and will share it with others through his gift to the Lions Eye Bank of Texas at Baylor College of Medicine. Because of the importance and their dedication to their children's Catholic education, the family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to The W. M. Wolf Education Fund at Mt. Carmel High School, 6700 Mount Carmel Dr., Houston, TX 77087 Attn: Wolf Family.

William was struck by another vehicle after he got out of his mother's jeep to follow her at a school crossing to pick up her daughter from school. (NOTE - added by original contributor, Joyce {GW}).
