Ruth L. Adomitis, 54, of Tovey died at 4:50 p.m. May 5, 1986 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
Mr. Adomitis was born January 18, 1932 at Assumption, a daughter of Omar L. and Mary L. (Darst) Landers. She was married to Anton Adomitis July 1, 1950 in Taylorville and he preceded his wife in death on May 3, 1984. Mrs. Adomitis was a homemaker and had lived most of her lifetimes in the Tovey and Taylorville area.
Mrs. Adomitis is survived by one daughter, Mrs. David (Mary) Daigh of Taylorville; two sons, Dale Adomitis of Taylorville and Jeffrey of Bulpitt; one sister Mrs. Charles (Capitola) Walker of Taylorville; two brothers, Challie "Bud" Landers and Harry Landers both of Taylorville; abd five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son Tony Lee Adomitis and one sister, Myrtle Hadley.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Masterson Funeral Home in Kincaid. The funeral service will be Thursday May 8, 1986 at Masterson's, with the Rev, Howard E. Wise officiating. Burial will be in Harpers Ferry Cemetery in Palmer.
