Rusty married my Precious Niece Wendy on 19 Mar 1997 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
He was a wonderful man. So kindhearted and caring. He had been a Paraplegic for over half of his life but could really surprise you with the things he could do from his wheelchair or scooter. He was an extremely skilled Leatherman.
He will be missed so very much by everyone who knew and loved him.
