The funeral of the late John Ives, who died about one year ago, and whose remains were interred in Oakland Cemetery in Little Rock, Ark., have been exhumed and will be shipped to this city for interment in Oak Ridge cemetery and are expected to arrive in this city this morning via the C. & A. limited at 11:45. They will be taken directly to Oak Ridge cemetery and no services will be held. The deceased had several distant relatives in this city. Pub. in IL State Register, Springfield, IL, 3-27-1898
