Sligo - Lottle Luzella Weeter, 91, of Sligo RD 1, died 11:48 am Sunday in the Evergreen Convalescent Home in Harmony.   She was born August 16, 1886 at Sligo, a daughter of Luther and Mary Emma Fleming Over, and was married September 25, 1902 to Edward I. Weeter who preceded her in death.   Mrs. Weeter devoted her life to being a housewife, was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church near Callensburg, and of the Mt Zion L.C.W. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Willard (Hazel) Weaver and Mrs. James (Annabel) Wiles of New Kensington; Mrs. Milford (Glenna) Shook and Mrs. Joseph (Louise) Kaylor of Sligo; and Mrs. Eugene (Lois) Chapman of Chatsworth, Calif. One sister, Mrs. Alice L. Nale of Clarion also survives along with 13 grandchildren. 41 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.   In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one sister, Mrs. Anna E. Crooks, one brother, Ira F. Over and one grandson. The body was removed to the Gerald L. Goble Funeral Home in Clarion where friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p, today.   Services will be held from the funeral home at 2 pm Wednesday with Rv. Geroge Kraushaar of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church and Rev. Eugene Wetzel, a grandson of the deceased officiating.   Interment will be in Mt. Zion Church Hill Cemetery.
