Huldia Jane Anderson Phillips, 74, of Crossville passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member until her death. She was formerly of Smoky Junction and the widow of Sylvester Phillips. Mrs. Phillips is survived by four sons: Laughton and Glen Phillips, both of Huntsville, Buster C. Phillips of West Liberty, Ky., Finn M. Phillips of Crossville; one daughter, Mrs. Jesse (Erma Ruth) Hollman of Crossville; two brothers: Lonzo Anderson of Huntsville, Robert Anderson of Orient, Ohio; two sisters: Mrs. Artie Nicholes and Mrs. Zora Sharp, both of Detroit; eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday at Corinth Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dana Ward officiating. Interment was in Riverview Cemetery. Martin Funeral Home in Lake City was in charge of arrangements.2nd wife of Sylvester Phillips. Daughter of Phillip Anderson and Rachel Lowe Anderson.
